How to use
For an ultra-precise look:
1. To determine where the eyeliner should stop, start from the wing of the nose and go beyond the outer corner of the eye.
2. Apply the eyeliner from the center of the eye to the outer corner of the eyelid.
3. Draw a dotted line from the inner corner of the eye to the center of the eyelid, and then create a solid line. -
