Directions for use
Choose the application technique you prefer:
1/ Apply Rouge Artist For Ever Matte to the center of the upper lip following the lip outline and do the same on the center of the lower lip.
2/ Apply Rouge Artist For Ever Matte starting from each outer corner to the center of the lower lip. Do the same with the upper lip. -

This is such an amazing lipstick formula. I normally am very picky when it comes to matte liquid lipstick but this one won me over. The shade range is good and it is lightweight.
