Rated 5 out of 5 by VT from Ditched the Rich Version and back to this. The Rich version way too thick and not easy to apply, ended up using more then usual everytime. With this original All About Eye version, I can feel the eye area smooth immediately plus very easy to apply and never need to use up too much. So even before using up the 15ml jar of the All About Eye Rich, I have to go back to this All About Eye.

Doesn't absorb...sits on the surface. Will transfer all mascara from lower lashes to skin under eyes and cast a dark shadow within a couple of hours. Shouldn't have to continually wipe mascara residue from eyes all day long.

It went on great, absorbed great, was great under concealer, and it was the ONLY product I had ever tried that actually had any effect on my under eye circles. I recently bought it again for the first time in a long time because of that early experience and because I wanted to change up my under eye routine, but I do not love it anymore. It just doesn't seem moisturizing at all. I honestly don't know if the formula has changed or if my skin has changed, but I'm going to give Clinique the benefit of the doubt and say it's my skin. It just doesn't work for my more mature skin anymore. A couple of hours after applying, my under eye area is just so dry, showing every little wrinkle and crease (which I guess I didn't really have to worry about in my 20s). The rest of my face feels great, but my under eyes will be all crepe-y and dry. Ugh. I've powered through the whole jar because I thought if I just used more it would be more moisturizing, but it makes no difference how much I use, my under eyes are still dry. On the plus side, it does absorb well initially and makes a great base for under eye concealer. But oh god, after that, the dryness. I have just ordered the "rich" version of this cream; fingers crossed that'll be the formula that works me and my poor old lady eyes, I guess.

This was in a free kit with purchase, and with less than one week of use, my dark circles have all but disappeared. My eyes actually feel better as well. I ordered the full size product, because this is now going into my routine.
